After chromatographic separation, the obtained spots of uridylic acid, ribose-1,5-diphosphate and adenylic acid were cut out, fused with KOH and K2S2O8; after dissolving the fusion, phosphorus was determined photometrically, obtaining the optical density values of Aurid, Arib and Aadenyl, respectively; a solution with an optical density of Ast was prepared from a standard phosphate solution containing 20 μg P/ml. Determine the mass fraction (%) of these derivatives in the natural product.
