Equal volumes of standard potassium solutions (c = 50.0 and 100.0 μg/ml, respectively) were added to two samples of analyzed water and the emission intensity of the potassium doublet (766.5 and 769.9 nm) in the flame was measured. The corresponding intensity values (u.e) are 46.5 and 76.5, and the radiation intensity of the control experiment is 5.5. Calculate the potassium content in the analyzed sample.
