1. Coulometric determination of hydrochloric acid in solution was carried out by coulometric titration with electrogenerated OH- ions at a constant current of 3 mA in the presence of the phenolphthalein indicator, the color of which changed after 3 min 30 s. A blank titration under the same conditions required 10 s. Calculate the HCl/NaOH titer
