5. A 0.425 g soil sample was dissolved and diluted to 50.0 ml. Interfering impurities were removed from an aliquot of 25.0 ml, and the reagent and water were added to a volume of 50.0 ml. When photographing in a cuvette l=1.0 cm, the following data were obtained:
λ= 510 nm ελ Co=36400 and ελ Ni=5520; A=0.446;
λ= 656 nm ελ Co=1240 and ελ Ni=17500; A=0.326.
Calculate the percentage of cobalt and nickel in the soil.
