7.12 Calculate the capacity of the diffusion layer of the dispersed phase. The dispersion medium is an aqueous solution of CaCl2 with a concentration of 2*10-4 mol/l at 283 K with a relative dielectric constant of 83.8. Determine how many times the capacity will change if an equal volume of an aqueous NaCl solution of the same molar concentration is added to a CaCl2 solution?
