Estimate the duty cycle of the pulses t_ska, i.e. the time between two adjacent signals required to prevent them from merging. Assuming that the duration of the “dot” signal is t_dtk=1.5t_rms, and the duration of the “dash” signal t_dash=4.5t_rms, determine the maximum amount of information per unit of time.
