Two identical positive point charges of magnitude Q are fixed at a distance d from each other. In the middle between them, perpendicular to the segment connecting them, there is a smooth non-conducting rod along which a bead of mass m with a negative charge -q can slide. Determine the period of small vibrations of the bead. Neglect the force of gravity of the bead (Fig.).
