A thread is thrown through a stationary block with a moment of inertia I (figure) and a radius r, to one end of which a load of mass m is suspended. The other end of the thread is tied to a spring with the lower end fixed. Calculate the period of oscillation of the load if the elasticity coefficient of the spring is equal to k and the thread cannot slide along the surface of the block.
