In a vacuum, a glass tube with a radius of 1 mm is immersed in a cup of oil, which has a very low vapor pressure and wets glass well. Find the pressure in the oil at a height h/3 above the oil level in the cup (h is the height to which the oil rises in the capillary tube) (Fig. 67). Oil surface tension coefficient s = 0.03 N/m.
