A stationary weightless block is attached to the bar, through which a thread with two weights of mass m1 = 500 g and m2 = 100 g is thrown. In the weight m2 there is a hole through which the bar passes (Fig. 19). The friction force Ftr of the load m2 on the bar is constant and is equal to 300 G. Find the acceleration a of the loads and the tension force T of the thread.
