DESCRIPTION
Task id12603
A truck with a total weight p = 8 T overcomes a steep climb (Fig. 7). A trailer with a total weight of p = 4 T is attached to the truck. The towing rope is located at a height of h = l m. The center of gravity C of the truck is at a height of H = 2 m; the distance between the axles of the front and rear wheels of the truck is L = 4 m. When driving on a horizontal road, 3/4 of the weight of the truck falls on the rear wheels. At what angle of elevation will the truck tip over backwards? Does such a danger really exist if the engine power is only sufficient to overcome inclines not exceeding 10°? (tg 10°= 0.18.)
