In this case, the spring lengthened by Δl1 = 15 mm. Then the ring was brought into contact with the surface of the liquid and the vessel with the liquid was slowly lowered. At the moment of separation of the ring, the elongation of the spring is Δl2 = 40 mm. Determine the surface tension b of the liquid.
