454. The optical density of a solution of manganese formaldoxime with a concentration of 0.07 mg of manganese in 100 ml of solution, measured at a wavelength of 455 nm in a cuvette with a layer thickness of 2 cm, is 0.280. Calculate the value of the apparent molar light absorption coefficient.
