18. Calculate the activity of Fe2 ions in a FeCI2 solution at 298 K, if the potential of the Fe2 /Fe electrode in the specified solution is – 0.4777 V, and the standard electrode potential of the Fe2 /Fe electrode is –0.4399 V relative to standard hydrogen electrode. Answer: -0.052 V.
