075. Solving a chemistry problem

3. Hydrolysis of ethyl acetate with alkali was studied by titrating the reaction mixture with HCl solution (0.05 mol/l). Initially, 9.75 ml of HCl was used to titrate 10 ml of the mixture, after 10.4 minutes - 3.26 ml, and after completion of the reaction - 1.20 ml. Find the 2nd order rate constant.
