Circumstances of the case: Hello! In 2013, I entered the university for the first time on a budgetary basis under a bachelor´s degree program, in 2015 I took the documents of my own free will and entered another faculty in 2015 for a fee, I continue to study, but in 2017 I was reinstated in the first university on a budgetary basis, then I also transferred to another faculty, on a budgetary basis. Question: In June 2019, I am graduating from a paid university, but on a budget I still have two more years to study at my first university.
