Circumstances of the case: We need your advice on the issue of receiving wages to state employees.
Since last year, state employees have been required to receive wages on Cards with the “Mir” payment system, but without a strict list of banks, if I’m not mistaken. So, the accounting department refuses to receive my salary into a bank account at VTB, explaining that it is more convenient for them to send it to Sberbank. Is this legal? And is there a way to convince the accounting department that my rights are being violated?
