21. By the action of an aluminum alloy in an alkaline solution on 0.3580 g of nitrate, NaNO3 was reduced to NH3, which was distilled into 25.00 cm3 of HCl solution with an ammonia titer of 0.003500 g/cm3. The excess was titrated with 5.40 cm3 of NaOH solution, 1 cm3 of which is equivalent to 0.946 cm3 of HCl. Calculate the percentage of NaNO3 in saltpeter.
