Oil burner installation project
Project to create a system for supplying reserve fuel to a thermal power plant.
Technology section, project for the installation of fuel oil nozzles (burners) at a CHPP.
The installation of fuel oil nozzles (burners) on the boiler unit of the CHPP provides for:
- dismantling of pressure reducers and supporting structures;
- dismantling of thermal insulation of fuel oil supply and recirculation pipelines;
- dismantling of thermal insulation of steam supply pipelines for steaming and purging of fuel oil nozzles;
- dismantling of fittings and pipelines for fuel oil supply and recirculation;
- dismantling of fittings and pipelines for steam supply for steaming and purging of fuel oil nozzles;
- installation of oil nozzles;
- installation of steam supply pipelines with the installation of shut-off and control valves;
- installation of fuel oil supply and recirculation pipelines with the installation of shut-off and control valves;
- thermal insulation of newly designed pipelines;
- installation of the reciprocal part of the lock of the fuel oil nozzle on the pipeline for supplying fuel oil and steam;
- installation of selective devices and means for measuring steam and fuel oil pressure on control valves;
- installation of selective devices and means for measuring steam and fuel oil pressure in front of the nozzles;
- connection of newly designed steam pipelines to the existing drainage collection system;
- installation of metering units for fuel oil consumption for supply to the boiler and fuel oil consumption on the recirculation line.
