Calculate the specific absorption rate for hydrocortisone acetate, if 0.2000 g of the substance was added to a volumetric flask with a capacity of 100 ml, dissolved and brought to the mark with ethyl alcohol. 10 ml of the obtained dilution was added to a volumetric flask with a capacity of 100 ml, brought to the mark with ethyl alcohol. 5 ml of the second dilution was added to the same flask and made up to the mark with the same solvent. The optical density of the analyzed solution (242 nm) in a cuvette with a working layer thickness of 1.0 cm is 0.400.
