4. Describe the processes occurring during the electrolysis of an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide (pH=12) on carbon electrodes. Determine the masses of substances (for gases - volumes) that are released at the cathode when a current of 3 A is passed for 10 hours, if the efficiency of the electrolyzer is 95%.
