What is the mass fraction of vitamin B1 in milk, if after precipitation of proteins and oxidation of the vitamin with potassium hexacyanoferrate (III), the luminescence intensity for the test sample was 0.85. For a standard solution containing 1.0 µg of vitamin per 1 cm3, the luminescence intensity was 0.42. Determine the mass fraction of riboflavin, if for a zero solution the intensity is 0.05, and the mass of milk taken for analysis is 5.0160 g.
