3. Assume that the solution contains 0.1 mol of ethyl acetate and 0.1 mol of NaOH. At a temperature of 283.2 K, 10% of the ether is lathered for 15 minutes, and at a temperature of 298.2 K, 20% of the ether is lathered during this time. Determine the amount (%) of ester saponified after 5 minutes at 313.2 K.
