10. Calculate the redox potential of the BrO3-/Br- system at a concentration of hydrogen ions equal to:
a) 1 mol/l,
b) 0.001 mol/l.
For calculation, take [BrO3-]=[Br-]. Is it possible to oxidize chloride ions with bromate to free chlorine at these concentrations of hydrogen ions?
