Make a diagram, write the electronic equations of electrode processes and calculate the EMF of a galvanic cell consisting of cadmium and magnesium plates immersed in solutions of their salts with a concentration of [Mg2] = [Cd2] = 1 mol / l. Will the value of the emf change if the concentration of each of the ions is lowered to 0.01 mol/l?
Answer: 1.967V.
