Pedestrian streets: let people walk wherever they want. Place them in the city just like any other roads. Create green centers without cars and noise!
Pedestrian zones and new rules. Introduce three new rules for certain areas of town. Thanks to slow driving, there will be a 20 km/h speed limit for all roads in the pedestrian zone, except highways. Banning sugar will increase the average life expectancy of pedestrian zone residents, but decrease the average happiness level. And street music would increase average happiness levels and noise pollution in pedestrian commercial areas.
