INTERNSHIP REPORT

Content of an individual task
1st stage of internship (4th semester):
 Pass a briefing on familiarization with the requirements of labor protection, safety, fire safety, as well as the rules of internal labor regulations.
 Familiarize yourself with the management structure in the organization (institution, enterprise, commercial bank), familiarity with its main departments.
 Make a general description of the enterprise (organization) - name, location, status.
 To study the activities of the enterprise (organization), the block diagram of the functioning of divisions, services and departments, their management.
 Prepare a report on the completion of an internship, including the following annexes: (copies of documents) charter, functional duties of employees (selectively), a brief description of the enterprise, an analytical note containing conclusions and proposals for improving the organizational structure of the enterprise.
- Reflect in the analytical note:
• analysis of the organizational structure of the enterprise;
• analysis of the personnel structure of the enterprise;
• analysis of the effectiveness of management activities;
• analysis of the functioning of individual units.
