To 50.00 ml of the filtrate extract from bakery products, 2-3 drops of a 1% alcohol solution of phenolphthalein were added and titrated with a 0.1 N alkali solution until a faint pink color was obtained. 10.00 ml of NaOH solution was used for titration. Determine the molar concentration of acid equivalents in the extract filtrate.
