When standardizing a solution of iodine monochloride 0.1 mol/l (UC = ½ ICl), 24 ml of a 0.1 mol/l solution of sodium thiosulfate (K = 1.00) was used for titration of 25 ml of the prepared solution. Give an equation for the reactions that take place. Calculate the molar concentration and correction factor of the prepared solution.
