DESCRIPTION
112. Solving a chemistry problem
Calculate the molar mass of the crude protein of egg albumin from the following data on the equilibrium centrifugation of its solution. Solvent density 1.0077 g/cm3, specific volume of protein in solution 0.741 cm3/g, temperature 291 K, rotor speed 10900 min-1. At a distance of 4.23 cm from the axis of rotation of the rotor, the concentration is 0.643 wt. %, and at a distance of 4.28 cm - 0.712 wt. %
