4. Qualitative analysis of the mixture of drugs by thin layer chromatography obtained two spots, which are characterized by Rf values of 0.80 and 0.87. Under these conditions, the following data were obtained for pure substances. The solvent front passed 80 mm, the antipyrine spot was at a distance of 58 mm, the amidopyrine spot was 64 mm and the diphenhydramine spot was 70 mm from the start line. Determine the composition of the mixture and schematically depict the chromatogram.
