After manganese was oxidized to manganese acid and the resulting solution was diluted to 500 ml, the absorption at a wavelength of 540 nm in a cuvette with a layer thickness of 2.0 cm was found to be 0.68. What is the percentage of manganese in steel, if at λ=540 nm ελMn=3000.
