In the manufacture of an oil-in-water emulsion, the droplet diameter with machine stirring is 4 µm, and with manual shaking, 20 µm. Find how many times the specific surface area of the oil emulsion is greater with machine mixing than with manual shaking. The density of the oil is 0.8 g/cm3.
