140. Solving a chemistry problem
Between two parallel plates there is a 0.5 µm layer of water. Calculate the pressure, compressing the plates, if the contact angle = 0 °, the surface tension of water is 71.96 mJ / m2. Determine the force that must be applied to detach the plates from each other, if each size is 10x10 cm.
