141. Solving a chemistry problem

To construct a calibration graph for fluorescent determination of magnesium with lumomagneson IREA, a sample of Mg (NO3) 2 * 6H2о weighing 0.1054 g was dissolved in a volumetric flask with a capacity of 100.0 ml. Then 1.00 ml of this solution was diluted in a 100.0 ml flask (solution A).
For the preparation of four standard solutions in volumetric flasks with a capacity of 50.00 ml made 1.5; 2.5; 3.5 and 5.0 ml of solution A and IREA lumomagneson solution and brought the volume to the mark. The fluorescence intensity of standard solutions was 37, 56, 75 and 103, respectively.
The test solution with a volume of 10.00 ml was diluted in a flask with a capacity of 100.0 ml. Then 5.00 ml of this solution was introduced into a flask with a capacity of 50.00 ml, a solution of lumomagneson IRBA was added and the volume was brought to the mark (solution B).
Construct a calibration graph and determine the magnesium concentration (mg / ml) in the analyzed solution if the fluorescence intensity of solution B is equal to Ix:
