To install this config on your computer and into the game you need to following path in Explorer, example:
D: / Steam / steamapps / common / Left 4 Dead 2 / left4dead2 / cfg /
And drop file here, after you drop the file, you will need to run it in the game as follows:
1. Open console in game
2. Write command in console: exec color_change_crosshair_config[ru][en]
3. Play :)
