Calculation of filaments of shaft resistance furnace
The file contains an example of calculating the incandescent spirals of a shaft resistance furnace. Furnace size: 5.5x6.5 m. The temperature inside is 1000 degrees. Power is 730 kW (for the calculation of the required power, see the goods). Voltage -380V, 50 Hz. Decisions were made on heating zones, on the number of spirals, on the cross-section of the spiral conductor, etc.
