- we say that we have a voucher with the renewal of the PS Plus subscription, and that we ourselves cannot renew the subscription either through the console or through the PS App on the phone
- we call the 12-digit code and ask the operator to redeem it to our account.
- IMPORTANT! The operator will ask you to pass verification, be prepared to answer the following questions:
* 1. the number, date, name and amount of one of your orders in the PS Store (you can see it on your email account linked to your account by typing in the search: "PlayStation" or "Thank you for your purchase").
*2. Your PS Network Online ID
*3. Linked mail to your account
*4. The number of one of the bank cards linked to your account.

We write that there is a voucher with an extension, that it is not possible to renew the subscription itself either through the console or through the PS App on the phone. In the text we indicate:
-12-digit PlayStation Plus voucher code;
-network identifier (Online ID);
- the email address that is used as the account login;
- the date of birth specified in your account;
- the first and last 4 digits of the bank card number used to pay for purchases made on your PlayStation Network account (if you used a PayPal account for payment, please specify its email address);
-transaction information (name of purchase from the PlayStation Store, cost, date of purchase (month and year), and transaction number). Information about completed purchases can be clarified in letters with the subject “Thank you for your purchase!” from a PlayStation sender in an email that is used as the PlayStation Network login ID;
-serial number of the console with which the account was registered or the first authorization was performed.
