Call of Juarez is an epic adventure western themed FPS game. The player takes turns taking on the roles of two different antagonistic characters: the creeping, fugitive Billy and his hunter, Reverend Ray. Apart from the very interesting, emotional and psychological aspect of the bond between the two characters, the player will experience varied gameplay with many differences while playing a particular character.

The game features fast paced revolving duels using historically accurate firearms, horseback riding, combat and invisible action in memorable sites set after Western films. The resulting gameplay, based on accurate modeling of not only rigid bodies and ragdolls, but also liquids, gases, fire and smoke, makes the gameplay innovative and non-linear.
