The potential difference between the plates of a flat capacitor, located at a distance of d = 5 mm from each other, U = 150V. A plane-parallel porcelain plate with a thickness of d₁ = 3 mm is adjacent to one of the plates. Find: a) the electric field strength in porcelain E₁ and air E₂; b) the surface density of bound charges σ ´on the porcelain plate.
