The form allows you to receive a request from a client for a language translation by mail.
Capabilities:
*Error checking;
*Saving form data in case of errors;
*Display a separate message about the successful sending;
*Black lists by e-mail and ICQ;
*Captcha;
*Ability to attach a file with gzip-compression or without compression and with a configurable limit on the size of the uploaded file.
All features are implemented in the programming language PHP.
