Industry Tariff Agreement for Organizations

The industry tariff agreement on organizations of housing and communal services, gasification and operation of the gas industry of the Russian Federation established the following criteria for the mass dismissal of workers: a) liquidation of organizations of any legal form with a staff of 10 or more people; b) a reduction in the number or staff of employees of the organization in the amount of:
50 or more people within 30 calendar days;
200 or more people within 70 calendar days;
600 or more people within 100 calendar days.
When registering this agreement, the relevant labor authority contacted the federal labor inspectorate.
