Request for a witness
n accordance with Articles 55, 56 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, a party is obliged to prove the circumstances to which it refers. In this case, evidence, in particular, is the testimony of witnesses.

Witness testimony is evaluated in conjunction with other evidence.
The specified petition was filed by the defendant in the course of consideration of a dispute on the protection of consumer rights. The witness confirmed that at the conclusion of the contract the necessary and reliable information was brought to the consumer, the terms of the contract (execution order, deadlines, responsibility, etc.) were explained.
