Dyukin, being an employee of OJSC "NefteKhim-Salavat" appealed to the arbitration court with a lawsuit in accordance with Sec. 28.2 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation to an enterprise for compensation for harm caused to health in defense of the interests of residents of Salavat.
The defendant offered to conclude a settlement agreement. Dyukin promised to abandon the lawsuit if NefteKhim-Salavat OJSC paid him and five other employees compensation.
