LLC "Success" appealed to the court with an administrat
Success LLC applied to the court with an administrative claim for recognition of the Methodological Recommendations for the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) on-site inspections to be invalid. When considering the case, the court established that the contested act was not officially published and was not registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
