Legal way of thinking
The purpose of this book is to give a person without legal education a theoretical background and legal skills so that he can, without resorting to the services of a professional lawyer, understand the legal situation in which he found himself. The idea of the book is to easily and simply explain to the reader what the right is, as far as possible to teach how to think as a lawyer, to explain those decision-making algorithms and actions that are needed in various legal situations.
