The space between the plates of the flat capacitor is filled with paraffin. The distance between the plates is d = 0.5 cm. A potential difference U = 4 kV is applied to the capacitor plates. Find: a) the surface density of charges on the plates; B) the surface density of bound charges on the dielectric.
