Two identical weights are fixed on a rod of length l = 30 cm: one weights in the middle of the rod, the other at one of its ends. The rod with weights fluctuates around a horizontal axis passing through the free end of the rod. Determine the reduced length L and the period of oscillations T of harmonic oscillations. The mass of the rod can be neglected.
