Instructions (relevant, but may stop working, hurry up with activation):
1. Open the PS App on iOS or Android.
2. Sign in to your current PlayStation account.
3. Go to the PS Store section (center tab on the bottom panel).
4. Click on the menu icon in the form of three horizontal bars.
5. Click Redeem Codes.
6. Re-enter your account password if required.
7. Enter the 12-digit code in the window that appears and click Next.
8. Confirm the transfer of funds to the balance.

Instructions (old, not relevant):
1. Create a Sony Entertainment Network account.
2. Log in to PlayStation Store.
3. Select "Redeem Codes" (on PS Vita, you first need to click on the "Options" icon at the bottom of the screen).
4. Enter 12 digits of the digital code and click "Continue".
5. Then follow the instructions on the screen to redeem your digital code.
