The aim of the thesis is to examine the theory and methodology of currency regulation and control of the national economy. Investigate the system of currency regulation and currency control, to identify the main problems and their solutions, as well as specific mechanisms for their implementation.

In connection with the intended purpose in writing the work was marked the following objectives:

- Explore the settlement system as an object of currency regulation and currency control;

- Identify the main trends, universal mechanisms and instruments for the process;

- Examine the system of currency regulation and currency control in the Russian Federation;

- Explore the major issues of currency regulation and currency control in the national economy and the economic interests of participants of foreign trade activities
